Acknowledged by human rights violations in the "Conflict Region," which is in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Newnex is aware of the "conflict minerals", as directed by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, that include Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, or Gold regardless where they are sourced, processed, or sold. Newnex is committed to source materials throughout our supply chain responsibly and to continuing to comply with the underlying SEC rules and regulations related to "conflict minerals."
